My guess it wasn't the way you looked that broke you up. You need to look deeper into the reason why you broke up. Once you figure what went wrong and correct the wrongs, only then will you have a chance of winning your ex back. Changing who we are is almost impossible but, If you can change for the better the easier it will be. Figure out what it is she wants in a man and a relationship.
