My daughters biological dad wants nothing to with her,of course he has been in prison for the last 2 years and she is only 3. I want to know how much it costs and what I can do to get his rights taken away. I am getting married on may 8th and my soon to be husband is more than willing to adopt her. Can anyone please help me?How do I get my daughter's biolgical father to sign his rights over ?
Tell him you will go after him for child support. That will usually do it. It depends on if he is still in prison and for how long, though.
