How to lose weight... fast or slow i don't mind, just a few will help me survive?

i'm 14 and i think i'm rather chubby... well compared to my friends (they don't put pressure on me though). i'm 5ft 1. i'm pretty short for my age, i also weigh around 128 pounds, so i'm like a short, fat blob that rolls around to get to her destination. i'm 32-28-27 (not really sure where my hips are cause everyone seems to be saying different things)

i do regular exercise, swimming 2 hours a week. and just about to start a hockey session that will be an hour and a half.

i don't think dieting will really help me as i'm already allergic/intolerance to many things.

i only remember some of them. they are:

gluten

wheat (rules out: bread, vinegar, ketchup)

cocoa

milk

nuts

eggs

apples

dust (don't think that counts, but still :P)

the list is endless. so unless i starve myself i can't think of any other solutions.

that's where you come in. i'm a girl who wants to lose weight badly. i don't really mind how long it takes unless i lose at least 10 pounds.

anything from basic exercise to pinching your fat really hard is fine. i'm just DESPERATE to lose at least some weightHow to lose weight... fast or slow i don't mind, just a few will help me survive?
It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 7 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the guidance presented on the web portal in the box below. How to lose weight... fast or slow i don't mind, just a few will help me survive?
Eat from the 4 main groups, except wheats. ( lol )

Fruit/Vegatables

Meat

Dairy

Don't push yourself...just try walking for a few hours everyday.
2 hours a week?? do bout 6 hours a week... and actual swimming laps and ul get thin in no time. and if ur already alergic to gluten then it should be even easier just drink water and nothing else
You're never, ever going to reach a body that you like if you don't respect yourself. 5'1 and 128 pounds is not ';fat'; by any stretch of the imagination. You are completely healthy at this weight and if you insist on treating your body like a prison rather than a temple, you're never going to make any progress.

I have no idea what you're measuring, but a 28-inch waist does not correspond with 27-inch hips. You should measure the circumference of your hips right around the hipbones, just above your butt crack. I'm guessing it'll be somewhere between 33 and 36.

Swimming 2 hours a week is a good start but it's not enough to be considered an active lifestyle. If you added two more hours a week of running, then you'd be on a good path to steady improvement in your figure. You could try taking up yoga or pilates for the strength element of your workout, or just buy a couple fitness DVDs - Shape's Bikini Body workout is my personal favorite.
Since you are allergic to so many things, what you are going to have to do is watch how much you eat. It doesn't look like you are allergic to meat so make sure you eat a lot of lean meats (protein). Watch your calorie intake. It sounds like you are very active so keep that going. Just be conscious of how much you are eating. Also try eating smaller meals , but more often. Try eating every three hours. this will keep your metabolism going.

And just for the record, your weigh doesn't sound heavy at all. Especially if you play a lot of sports. You may have more underlying muscle than anything else. You measurements sound good, so I really don't think you have too much to worry about.
Well me and you are in the exact same boat here. Im 5'1 and i'm 126 pounds. Now so far I lost 7 pounds by becoming a vegan. You pretty much can't eat much anyway but you probably could lose a lot of weight by cutting out meat too, just until you reach your weight loss goal because you will run out of food options. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the way to go. Most importantly, drink tons and tons of water, like 16 glasses a day. They will boost your metabolism and help you lose weight. Its been working for me so far. As for the exercise, running is always good because that slims your entire body. Any cardio is good really. I also recommend dancing and gymnastics. Its probably not a good idea to do too many strength things because that will just build muscle on top of fat which can make you look larger.

Goooood Luuckkk!!!!!
just like the answer above, i'm in the same boat too! i'm 15 and i've been told at the doctor i'm 5'2'; but a recent physical showed that i was 5'1.752';! (great i'm even shorter than i thought!) lol but i'm also like 129lb. so you're not the only one.

it is so easy to feel bad about yourself and get discouraged about the way you look but don't let anything bring you down! with that in mind, trying to lose weight or be more active is not a bad thing. think of it as just making better lifestyle choices! like trying to be active everyday even if you're just walking around the park or going down the driveway to get the mail, but do SOMETHING active everyday. it's very important in keeping your body in the best shape it can be in.

and swimming is great! it elongates the muscle that you do have and it makes you look longer and leaner! which is always a good thing!:)

and the thing about your diet is don't over do it and think you need to lose tons of weight because in reality 3 or 4 pounds can make a difference in the way you look and feel. so with food try to cut out any fatty foods like fried foods or foods with tons of sugar. that also includes fast food!

i hope this helped! good luck:)
