How i can divorce without her signature? we dont have kids.?
Yes, go to get your citizenship first. Don't tell them ur getting a divorce. After you get your citizenship, its very easy. You file the divorce, tell the court you cant find her to serve her, and publish it in the paper. Judge will sign off on divorce anywayI want to divorce but i cant find my wife. How i can divorce without her signature? we dont have kids.?
track dat b*tch down and murder dat hoe!
Let me get this straight:
-You want a divorce
-Problem is you seem to have lost location of your wife
The world just gets more and more f***ed up each day, I swear.
Hold on! Apply before the divorce, immigration are going to want to know info on your wife. Can't get a divorce until you locate her. Better find your wife one way or another.
Go to your local courthouse, they have ppl there to help you, so ask them exactly what you asked here. File for divorce. DO NOT GET A LAWYER, unless you have lots of money and assets that you want to loose to pay him/her.
